Core Returns and Shipping

Core Returns:

Included in your original purchase price, a core fee was added to encourage returning of your broken locks. For each lock purchased and shipped back to me, I will refund $10 per lock. Does this mean that you have to return them? No. But doing so not only keeps prices reasonable, it also saves me a heck of a lot of time and speeds up turnaround. Plus, you get some cash back!

IMPORTANT: CORE RETURN IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOUR LOCK WAS REPLACED DUE TO WORN MOTORS AND NOT FAILED LOCKING MECHANISMS. THIS MEANS THAT THE CAR DOOR MUST BE ABLE TO OPEN AND CLOSE WITH BOTH THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR HANDLES.


Core return address will be provided via Email. If you need the address again, please email [email protected] and I'll gladly provide it!


Upon safe arrival and inspection of your old units, I will refund the $10 core per unit. Return shipping is not provided.


Shipping:

I ship all lock orders via USPS Priority Mail and DIY motors First Class with Delivery Confirmation. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placement, but normally I can get it out within 24 hours, barring any holidays. Notification with tracking information will be sent to the provided email address.

Presently, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Should any special instruction or care be required, simply let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.
